Amazon has introduced OTDR Protected and Claims Protected badges for services available through Amazon Services: Buy Shipping, which can help you choose the right shipping service and meet their new On-Time Delivery Rate (OTDR) requirements. The Rates Calculator in our Shipbridge application now also displays these badges, so you can take full advantage of this feature.
Improved Filters in Scan and Ship
We have introduced a new and improved version of the filters available in the Scan and Ship dialog in Shipbridge. Check the Use new style filters box to switch. You can choose which filters will be visible by default, pick how they are displayed, and adjust their design. To take advantage of this feature, make sure to update your Shipbridge installation to the latest version!
Only allow shipping of orders sorted in Skublox
The new Only allow shipping of orders sorted in Skublox Admin Setting in Shipbride allows you to restrict shipping orders only to those already sorted in Skublox. Enabling the setting affects all workflows in Shipbridge and helps prevent mistakenly processing orders that are not ready to be shipped.
Exclude kit parents in Package Manager
We have added a new setting under the Shipping tab of the Shipbridge options: Exclude kit parents in Package Manager. When enabled, it will prevent Kit Parent products from wrongly remaining in a Package when moving components from one package to another, ensuring that tracking numbers and labels are generated correctly.
Don’t allow shipping of Dropship Central without order docs
We have added a new setting in the Scan and Ship tab of the Shipbridge Options: Don’t allow shipping of Dropship Central without order docs. When enabled, it will prevent you from shipping a Direct Fulfillment order before you receive the necessary documents from Amazon.
Shipping Dimensions Inconsistencies
If you have enabled the Predicted Shipping Details workflow in Sellercloud, you can now configure Shipbridge to take into account those values when using Scan and Ship. Enable the setting Check and warn for service or dimensions inconsistencies using AI to see and apply the suggestions in the Print & Ship tab.
UPS OAuth 2.0 Compatibility
Shipbridge is now fully compatible with the new UPS OAuth 2.0 integration method. To ensure a smooth transition, we encourage you to update your credentials before the deadline: June 3rd, 2024.
Generic Shipping Label
We have added support for printing a standard label for the Generic Shipping Service in Shipbridge. Previously, this service required either a custom plugin or a label uploaded to the order documents in Sellercloud. Going forward, you will be able to print a label that contains the Shipping Address, Customer name, Order ID, and Processing date. To see a sample, go to Options in Shipbridge > Carrier > Generic Service, select your printer, and click Test Print.
Do not Print Prices
We have added the option to print Invoices in Shipbridge with no pricing information. The new setting is located in Options > Invoices > Channel/Merchant Invoices. You have the flexibility to configure this option for specific companies or channels only, making it easier to comply with different requirements.
Sort Products Alphabetically
We have added a new setting in the Invoice tab of the Shipbridge Options: Sort items by Product ID. Enable to ensure the order item list in all packing slips printed in Shipbridge is sorted alphabetically based on Product ID.
