We have rolled out a new User Notification Feature in our Delta Interface. Click on the Bell Icon in the top right corner of your screen to see a dropdown of your most recent notifications. They are also color-coded, based on priority, with red being the most urgent. Click on the notification to be redirected to the relevant page. Notifications can include Queued Job success and failure, FBA Opportunities, and more.
Two-Way Movements
Some Bin Movements, for example, Order Picking and Kit Assembly, performed with Skustack, are considered “Two-Way” because they consist of deducting quantity from one bin and adding it to another. Going forward, such movements will no longer generate 2 separate lines in the Movements Tab of Skustack Lens, but will rather display only one line, with “From” and “To” Bin Names. Additionally, all such movements in the Insights tab will be indicated with an icon of two arrows pointing in opposite directions.
Inventory Transfer Reserves
Warehouse Inventory Transfer (WITR) is an easy way to move inventory between your Sellercloud Warehouses. We have added a new Client Setting that allows you to control when Inventory will be reserved as a result of the transfer. By default, Sellercloud reserves all the Quantity within a WITR as soon as it is created. However, “Enable Warehouse Inventory Transfer Request Reserves Exclude Pending Transfer Status” now lets you exclude Transfers with Pending Status from being reserved and deducted from your Available Inventory. Additionally, enabling this setting automatically triggers a Queued Job that will recalculate the Inventory of all Pending Transfer SKUs to account for the change.
Manual Reserve Endpoints
We have added new endpoints for our Rest API:
Manual Inventory Reserves are used to set aside product quantity that is not linked to a specific order for a select period of time. These endpoints will allow you to create, delete, and export those from Sellercloud via Rest API.
Time Zone
In Skustack Lens, you are able to configure at what time is the start of your workers’ business day. We have added a field that displays the time zone next to the dropdown menu on the Preferences pop-up.
Weight Calculation for Multi-Item Orders
For multi-item orders, Sellercloud automatically calculates the Estimated Shipping Weight based on the Product Weight of the items. We have added a Client Setting, previously only available to Server Admins, “Use Product Weight On Orders For Multi Items Order”, which you can disable in order to use the product’s Ship Weight for the estimated shipping weight instead. The Estimated Shipping Weight is displayed on the Order Details page and is used by Shipbridge when fulfilling orders.
Kit Weight Calculation
If you have Kit (Bundle) Products in your Catalog, there are two ways to configure their Shipping Weight. The first one is manually imputing values in the respective fields, or you can rely on a backend service to calculate them for you, based on the Components’ Weights. The latter is controlled by the Client Setting “Enable Kit Weight Calculation Once a day”. We have made a change to this workflow, to make sure that, if the setting is enabled, the Product Weight Fields of Kit Parents, will not be editable, instead, you can only change the Components’ weight, which will then automatically reflect on the Parent when the daily calculation runs.
FBA and WFS Kit Client Setting
We have added the Advanced Client Setting FBA and WFS Shipments Ignore Negative Inventory When Assembling Kit to our Delta Interface. If you have configured your account to validate inventory and to automatically assemble Independent Kits when adding them to an FBA Inbound Shipment or WFS Shipment Plan, you can enable this additional client setting. Its purpose is to take into account any negative quantity on the Kit and only assemble the number necessary for the Shipment, letting you keep the original negative amounts for inventory tracking purposes.
Order Rule Engine Manual Execution
We have improved the manual execution process for our Order Rule Engine. You are now able to customize which rules to execute, with the option to select All, including disabled rules, or to enter specific Rules, regardless of their enabled status. This will be particularly useful for testing newly created rules, or if you want to manually run them on specific orders in special cases.
Warehouse Filter
We have added a new filter to the Picklist Tab of Skustack Lens. You can now filter by a specific Warehouse name, and both Kiosk and Details Mode will only display picklists for that Warehouse. Additionally, in both modes, you will see the Warehouse name displayed for each individual picklist.
