In Sellercloud, you are able to configure the dimensions of your products and package dimensions for shipping. For orders that only have one item, and for whatever reason, they are missing package dimensions, Shipbridge will now automatically use the item dimensions to save you time and avoid mistakes.
We have enhanced our Shipping application to have a more precise weight calculation using sub-ounce units when shipping with UPS as well as FedEx.
Shipbridge now allows you to restore previous settings versions of the app by connecting the Real-Time Support Server (RTS) with just a few clicks. This means that you will no longer need to download a copy of your settings in order to restore in case of errors or mistakes.
We have added support for the Paperless DHL Service for orders processed via our shipping application Shipbridge. The option can only be applied for orders shipped to countries that alow Paperless Shipments.
The setting “Populate PO on International Forms” can be found on the UPS tab. This allows you to select either the Source Order Id or Channel Order Id to be populated on the form.

If an item is marked as a Digital Item in Sellercloud, it will be grayed out and not needed to be scanned in Scan and Ship.
When the setting “Open Links in Delta instead of Alpha” is enabled you will see Saved Views to load instead of Saved Searches.
Fast Scanning has been introduced to scan items into packages. Simply click the S icon next to a package, which will load a pop-up that allows you to scan and click to the next SKU in an expedited workflow.
The service FedEx Ground Collect has been added to Shipbridge. You can now select FedEx Ground Collect as a default service.
