We have made some improvements to the way we calculate Customer Credit Deductions. Going forward, any Unpaid Orders will deduct from the credit extended to a Wholesale Customer. However, if there is a Return (RMA) for such an unpaid order, the Product Price of the Items Returned will be added back to the available credit extended to that Customer.
Shopify Partial Tracking
We now support sending partial tracking for Shopify Orders. If you have to Split an Order that has been imported from Shopify, we will send back shipping information for each order separately, per package shipped.
FBA Planning Item Restriction
When you are creating an FBA Planning with PO via file import, Sellrcloud will skip any items that are in any way ineligible to send to FBA, including FBA restricted, discontinued, or any other reason. Instead of the whole Queued Job failing, the action will be successful for all eligible items.
FBA Inbound Shipment: Delete Items
We have added consideration for Picked Items in FBA Inbound Shipments. In order to avoid errors or Bin Discrepancies, you will no longer be able to delete Picked items from a Shipment without unpicking them first.
Enhanced Weight Calculation for UPS Orders
We have enhanced our Shipping application to have a more precise weight calculation using sub-ounce units when shipping with UPS as well as FedEx.
Shadow SKUs on Reports: Update Required
We have rolled out a bug fix for the issue regarding Shadow SKUs on the Inventory Aging Report. If your server has not been updated since May 18, please request an update from our Support Team.
Edit Permissions for Quickbooks Exported Orders
Orders that have already been exported to Quickbooks will no longer be able to be edited by default. This can prevent any issues that would occur by making changes to an order after the data is already in Quickbooks. However, this restriction is controlled by the Client Setting “Do Not Allow To Edit Order If QB Exported”.
WFS Order Return Download
RMA’s for WFS Orders will no longer be downloaded into Sellercloud. Since WFS returns are managed by Walmart, this will prevent any potential inventory issues by having these returns in Sellercloud as well.
Delete FBA Inbound Shipment
Deleting an FBA Inbound Shipment in Sellercloud will now send a cancellation request to Amazon, preventing scenarios where a shipment gets deleted in Sellercloud but still exists in Amazon as an open shipment.
