Moses Knopfler: Sellercloud has enabled us to have the confidence to grow without being concerned about running out of inventory or not having the right products on the floor. It’s almost unbelievable what I’m going to say, but we made the goal to double our orders on Amazon in three months, and we really did it. We had 100% growth in the number of orders on Amazon.
Moses Knopfler: We have been keeping a 100% customer satisfaction rating. And we have an almost 100% on-time shipping rate. We use Sellercloud for everything in one place. For everything to run our operations, starting from purchasing, making sure we have the right inventory, setting aside inventory just for FBA so that it doesn’t feed or offer it anymore to the other sites, so we don’t oversell.
Eli Shamon: I’ve used many other software solutions in the past. Sellercloud was the easiest to learn. And the more you learn, you see how deep it goes and how much information they have and how much they can do for us.
Simon Pal: Sellercloud inventory programs are very up to date, accurate, and friendly.
Moses Knopfler: We began implementing Sellercloud about a year ago. Sellercloud really helped us expand in a very big way. Before working with Sellercloud, we sold only on Amazon, and we were having challenges adding other marketplaces.
Moses Knopfler: As soon as we implemented Sellercloud and we started using it for Amazon, right away, we added our main website, we then added a new website. And right now, we are about to launch our third website.
Eli Shamon: We launch all our products through Sellercloud. It’s very easy to publish everything on our websites and to all the channels that we sell on. We’re selling on Amazon and Walmart, and on eBay, and we’ll be doing many more.
Moses Knopfler: It really helped us grow. Our vision going forward is to hit at least 100,000 orders on Amazon FBA each month.
Eli Shamon: Sellercloud helps me to be on top of the inventory. We utilize kits very much, when we see our item sells very well. But in Sellercloud, it keeps track of it very well. It lets us know exactly how much we have, how many five-packs and one-packs. And when one sells, it then becomes unavailable, or when things come in, it becomes available. And Sellercloud keeps track of it completely.
Eli Shamon: And that makes it very easy and simple. Everything is available in one place. We can see how many sales we had and how many units were sold. Predictive purchasing is very important to us. And that just cuts out a lot of time and makes it easier for me to focus on new items and existing items and on what can be improved.
Eli Shamon: We use the profit and loss report a lot. We also use the inventory report to know how much inventory we have, as in where in each warehouse, how much we have available. And we use the restock inventory report. And that cuts out a lot of time.
Moses Knopfler: In a very big way, Sellercloud helps us sell inventory without having to keep it on the floor. So, say we have only 100 pieces of a certain lighting product on the floor, but the manufacturer might have another 1,000 pieces.
Moses Knopfler: Sellercloud helps us to post on the website both inventories. And very clearly mark that 100 pieces are available for immediate shipment. More is available from the manufacturer, but please allow a few additional days to ship. And with Sellercloud, each manufacturer can mark the approximate days that we need to be able to fulfill that.
Moses Knopfler: Sellercloud really helps us to be transparent with the customers. We don’t want them to buy something and expect to get it in one day when it will take a few extra days. Implementing any new system is not easy. It takes a lot of dedication and hard work. I must say that what I’m really surprised about is the support that we got from Sellercloud. Any bumps in the road that we had, they were holding our hands.
Simon Pal: When I open a ticket, five seconds later I get an email saying that somebody is on top of it. And constantly I’m getting updates, until it’s finalized.
Eli Shamon: Without Sellercloud, we wouldn’t be able to be where we are, and we would for sure not be able to make the progress that we are making, and we’re planning to make.
Moses Knopfler: There are a lot of systems out there doing something similar to Sellercloud. We love Sellercloud for a lot of reasons. One of them is the simplicity and ease of use. It’s completely in the cloud, you just open a browser and you’re there. I can work in Sellercloud from home.
Moses Knopfler: I can work in Sellercloud on weekends, when I’m not in the office, I can work for my company when I’m on vacation. Sellercloud has helped us to grow in a very big way, which I believe would never be possible with any other system we looked at.
