Tony Hurtado: E-commerce is the future. In order to succeed in e-commerce, you need better technology. You need better software, like Sellercloud. That’s the only way that you can succeed.

Tony Hurtado: My name is Tony. I’m the VP of Shoppex Corp. This business started four years ago, in the garage where my partner lives at the moment. Currently we are located in Miami, Florida. We have a 5000 sq.ft. warehouse. We are online retailers. And also we do wholesale and we sell some products to Latin America and the United States.

Tony Hurtado: Before we started with Sellercloud, we had a revenue of 2 million in sales. We were growing so fast. The software that we had wasn’t working anymore. At that moment, we were looking for a multichannel software because we wanted to grow and expand our business through different channels. A lot of softwares don’t have that. We chose Sellercloud because it was the only one that had everything that we wanted.

Tony Hurtado: We have been with Sellercloud for more than two years now, since we started with Sellercloud, our business has grown six times. We are currently doing over 11 million in revenue, and I’m pretty sure Sellercloud is going to be with us when we start 20 million and 50 million. Sellercloud has a lot of channels that we can work with.

Tony Hurtado: We are selling on eBay and Etsy. We started selling on Amazon United States, Amazon Canada, Amazon Mexico, Amazon Brazil, Amazon Emirates. This year we started selling in Walmart, Tik Tok. One of the amazing sides Sellercloud has is that when we want to start selling in another channel, Sellercloud already has it.

Tony Hurtado: The interface is very easy to use, even for people who barely know about systems. The great thing about Sellercloud is that they are willing to do customization. We needed a customization about the wholesale price. So we called them and they started working on it. The thing that I like most about Sellercloud are the reports.

Tony Hurtado: The first thing I do in the morning is check all the reports. It helps me to make decisions correctly. I think the Sellercloud support is one of the best that I’ve had in my life. Every time I call the support, there is always someone to help us. You can grow in sales, you can grow in operation, but you need a system that helps you escalate all your processes. Sellercloud was a game changer for us because they are with us in all this growth.
