Joseph Serfaty: We started 6 years ago. We had a lot of problems with the inventory. Since we started with Sellercloud, everything has grown so much because we have control of the inventory. We have control of the expiration dates, we have control of the business. Now we can do pick lists. We do the receiving also differently. Before, we didn’t have control over what we were receiving, and everything was getting lost pretty much before Sellercloud.
Joseph Serfaty: We are a 3PL. And thanks to Sellercloud, we have grown the capacity of clients we could manage. I’m Joseph Serfaty. I am the Director of Operations at Tobim Management Services. We started out very small. There were only three people. And suddenly, we started growing. We moved to a small warehouse.
Joseph Serfaty: We had to look for a solution because we weren’t organized, the whole business wasn’t organized. We were looking at other competitors, but they didn’t have the ability to customize to our needs. We started doing our research on Sellercloud, and it looked like they had everything we needed. So we contacted them. And you know, now we’ve been working for almost a year. And it’s going great.
Ronald Dubon: My name is Ronald Dubon. I am the Logistics Manager here at Tobim Management Services. I use Sellercloud and Skustack to make sure that our workflow goes out smoothly throughout the day. And pretty much, I use Sellercloud for everything and Skustack, as well – shipping, picking, receiving, managing log and expiry dates on products, finding products, making sure the kits are composed correctly, finding SKUs, pretty much just everything within the system.
Ronald Dubon: Without Skustack and Sellercloud, it would be pretty difficult to do my job. Sellercloud has one of the best support teams that I’ve met. We have had issues in the past. I make a quick phone call, and within seconds, I either get an email response or I get a solution to my problem.
Joseph Serfaty: Sellercloud, it’s like a family. They’re always there for you when you need them. They’ve come many times to our warehouse. Thanks to Sellercloud, we’ve grown so much in terms of inventory, revenue. Now we’re at 20,000ft², we have almost 50 employees in the warehouse and the office. And I think Sellercloud will help us grow much more in the future.
Ronald Dubon: In order to succeed, and I’ve seen it firsthand, especially with the amount of companies that we manage, you need software that allows you to do that, and I believe Sellercloud is one of the best ones out there.
Joseph Serfaty: We were working blind before Sellercloud, and now it’s a completely different story.
