John Goliak: My name is John Goliak. I am the Vice President of Technology and Data at Tru Fragrance and Beauty. We started out back in 1969. Bernie Durant started us out as a men’s store fragrance manufacturer, and over the years we have grown to supply to Western and to other retailers.
John Goliak: Since we started, Sellercloud has enabled our e-commerce operations to grow tremendously. We have a complete team in our warehouse, processing all of our orders and shipping along with our team in the office that handles our day to day functions in Sellercloud. Back in 2014, we had a single Shopify connection. Now we’ve grown to four Shopify stores and six Amazon connections, along with other wholesale and private label partners.
Ricardo Navarro: My name is Ricardo Navarro. I’m the e-commerce operations manager here at Tru Fragrance and Beauty. The customer could order all of our inventory if they wanted to. We would not oversell because of how Sellercloud keeps our inventory – transferring that data and then communicating that to multiple platforms when a sale happens.
John Goliak: My favorite feature about Sellercloud is the ability to connect multiple storefronts to the platform so that we can keep inventory consistent across all of them for our different SKUs and brands.
Ricardo Navarro: We’re able to create whole listings from Seller Cloud and import those into the customer platform such as Amazon, TikTok shop, Walmart, and eBay. We can create one item in Sellercloud, press one button, and it can show up in six, seven, however many platforms that you want your products to be on.
Christian Dominguez: My name is Christian Dominguez. I’m a systems administrator here at True Fragrance and Beauty. Efficiencies are important since we get so many orders, whether from FBA or Shopify or website orders.
Ricardo Navarro: We’ve been able to streamline so many of the processes where we would need someone manually enter those quantities. We were able to customize from day one.
Christian Dominguez: We needed to automate a lot of our processes here. We’re very famous for taking on clients that require a lot of customizations, and we use the Order rule engine, the scheduled tasks and so many features that Sellercloud makes available.
John Goliak: We have a custom plugin that was able to take the orders directly and bring them in once they are fulfilled for our accounting system.
Christian Dominguez: With the Order rule engine, we require a lot of customizations for different customers. It makes it easy with the UI to pick conditions. For example, if we want to change the carrier and update the Shipping from warehouse, It makes it really simple.
Ricardo Navarro: We’ve been able to save a lot of time with the salaried employees and our hourly associates. When there isn’t an option that Sellercloud has for us, they’re more than happy to help us customize what we currently have so that it fits our needs the way we need it to. And I’m still finding new ways to automate the operation every single day. Sellercloud is easy enough for us to figure out most of the time, but just by jumping on the phone with Seller Cloud customer service, they’ve really been able to help us nail down the processes we need.
Christian Dominguez: Getting help is really easy, and they always respond as quickly as possible. There is always a better way to be doing what you’re currently doing in your operation. Now that we have been able to have a grasp on Amazon kind of and we’ve established that that’s a big part of our business, Sellercloud has giving us the ability to branch out into other platforms, such as TikTok Shop and many more.
John Goliak: My advice to someone starting out an e-commerce business is that they need to have a system that does warehouse management, order fulfillment, and shipping, and Sellercloud is a perfect fit for that. Sellercloud fulfills all those needs.
