My name is Caleb Vaduva. I am the president of Spicy Products, which was founded in 2018. We specialize in grocery, health, and household, as well as the patio, lawn, and garden industry.

We started in the retail arbitrage industry and then we decided, why not turn this into a legitimate business? Fast forward to today. We sell hot sauce bottles, we sell flour, we sell fertilizers, we sell lighting products. We sell your everyday household grocery essentials that you need. Anything that you see in a traditional supermarket. More than likely, we carry it, such as oils, seeds, flowers.

Before we transitioned over to Sellercloud, we were tracking our inventory on a very manual process. But as our SKU count grew, that became a lot more challenging to accomplish. So that’s when we knew we needed to find a solution that could help us as we’re constantly growing our catalog count. And fast forward to today, where we’re adding over 50 to 100 different new products every single day.

We needed a solution that could handle that, and that’s how we found Sellercloud. We have over 3000 different products. We just recently moved down to a new facility back in September of last year, and it’s a 20,000 square foot distribution center in Downers Grove, Illinois. Before that, we were at around a 6000 square foot warehouse where we were processing all of our orders, having that partner to really help facilitate all of our orders really helped make that transition for us very smoothly, and it helped us allow for our continued growth as an organization to be able to move to a brand new facility where we’re at today.

We’re going to have a lot more orders that are going to be coming and that need to be picked and processed. By not having to worry about how we are going to handle the influx of orders, how are we going to handle the picking process, how are we going to have to adapt when the order volume is going to be increasing? That’s something that’s very helpful for us, because that’s one less thing we have to worry about.
