Jack Halabieh: Our company history is we’re a family business. We started around 11 years ago. Our father started the business out of a 500 square foot storefront, and the demographic of our business began as a wholesale company.
Albert Halabieh: A couple of years ago, we realized that we needed a new platform to help us with our fulfillment as far as dropshipping and order fulfillment, because we realized that we’re starting to sell on more than one platform, and we realized that our cancellation rate was definitely on the higher side. And that’s not something we like the retailers liked, and it wasn’t the right business. We were looking for platforms to help us. We’ve looked at plenty of platforms and we went across Sellercloud.

Albert Halabieh: Our business is very unique as far as selling directly and dropshipping to retailers, as we’re required to send inventory feeds on an hourly basis or on a daily basis. And we’re also required to set up tracking, export trapping, import orders, import order details and EDI transmissions from the retailer and back to DSO or CommerceHub, or the third party EDI provider.
Albert Halabieh: We have been using Sellercloud for over two years now, and the change it has done to our fulfillment processing and our warehouse staff is a difference between night and day. Once we changed to Sellercloud, our whole workforce had a huge load off their back as far as duplicate-triple work, as far as updating more than one platform. Then we were able to bring down our cancellation rate from a two-digit number to a half a percent.
Albert Halabieh: When we started onboarding with Sellercloud, I thought that this was going to be a very prolonged process. I thought this would take a matter of months, but it actually turned out we were able to start importing orders and exporting inventory and exporting tracking within 45 days, and we were able to connect all our connections within 45 days as well.
Albert Halabieh: We were able to add maybe 10-15 channels already once we switched to Sellercloud and our order capabilities have over tripled and we’re almost quadrupling our order fulfillment rate. And Sellercloud is able to help us just channel everything into one platform. Sellercloud is definitely the reason why we were able to expand so quickly and so efficiently.
Albert Halabieh: Sellercloud was able to connect to, I would say, any retailer we asked them to connect to. Implementing the connections was fairly easy. It took instead of I thought it would take one to two weeks, it took an amount of hours to get set up and it just made it so easily to grow to other retailers knowing that Sellercloud could connect as far as inveьntory feeds, order and order tracking, import and export, and able to connect straight to our warehouse.
Albert Halabieh: I have recommended Sellercloud so many times already. I definitely think it’s a platform that everyone in this industry should be using.
