Teri: My name is Teri. I’m employed at Enrock, located in Chestnut Ridge, New York. We offer a wide variety of outdoor equipment, boat accessories, and entertainment systems. At the start of our company, we would do everything manually whether it was processing orders, creating labels, receiving returns and listing items on whichever channel we needed on. We realized that we need a custom solution for all our problems and all our programs combined in one. We hired some IT guys and they started working on a program. At the same time, our main IT tech guy was at the IRC event where he met the Sellercloud team. They explained to him the program and he said well, this is what I’m trying to create. Our quarter-million-dollar project was actually right there and done for us.
Sellercloud enabled us to use our team to grow our company rather than focusing on every task individually. They combined everything in one, making it so easy to accomplish any task. Sellercloud provides you with inventory where you upload one item that you have all the information on that product and then you can use that same product to list it on multiple channels. They provide you with a whole bunch of reports that you can customize to your liking and to your needs. The Shipbridge program is amazing where you have all the orders come in and in no time you have invoices and labels printed out on returns and RMAs. They have Receivebridge – you receive the return, put it into the correct warehouse, process an exchange or refund right there.
Sellercloud is set up for a QuickBooks integration where you import all your orders, POs, everything into your QuickBooks program. Sellercloud allows you to set up your inventory according to each drop shipper or vendor. They will allow you to create different tears. If it’s not available in this warehouse, send it from a different location. And as you list these products, you can also list – this item will ship in two days and this item will ship within 24 hours so they’re customized for your drop ship needs.
