David Vu: My name is David Vu. I am the VP of E-commerce here at Crystal Art Gallery. We basically are in the home decor business for the last 36 years.
Stephanie Gracias:I’m Stephanie Gracias. I’m the E-commerce Account Rep here at Crystal Art Gallery. I’m currently focusing on sales, sales analysis, marketing, creating marketing content for Amazon, A+ Content. Part of that job requires me to know what our top sellers are, and I use Sellercloud for that. Exporting sales and seeing what is selling on every channel. Some of our top selling products is the products you see here.
Stephanie Gracias:These are our licensed LED signs that’s under our American Art decor. We have other brands. My Magic Carpet, which is our rugs, Head West mirrors, which is our mirrors, and Find Art Canvas, which is our canvas art brand.
Erika Chang: I’m Erika Chang. I’m the Order Processing and Customer Service Manager. We sell on Amazon, Walmart, Target, Overstock, Wayfair, Kohl’s. We have a couple shops through Shopify, too.
David Vu: We haven’t run into an account where you cannot integrate with so far.
Erika Chang: Sellercloud also helps us with our inventory and warehouse management. That helps us keep track of all of our inventory accurately through all of the companies that we sell with.
Stephanie Gracias: I would say the inventory feature is probably my favorite. Sometimes I need to know what products are out of stock or in stock, especially discontinued items. I would need to know when they’re out of stock that we can deactivate them in all the channels, and I use that for Sellercloud very often.
Erika Chang: Before Sellercloud, everything was done manually.
David Vu: Six years ago, the owner wanted to start selling directly to consumer online. We needed an ERP system, platform system that can support the various retailers that we dropship for and sell to. And so we did a lot of research, and it was a challenge trying to find a solution that would integrate with other major retailers. And so we found Sellercloud.
David Vu: And since then we’ve been growing and expanding.
Stephanie Gracias: What’s nice about Sellercloud is you only have to upload there instead of all the other platforms. We only have to upload once, and then it’s really nice to be able to turn on inventory for the multiple channels through that platform as well. It’s nice just working off of one platform versus multiple. It’s just like a one stop shop for us.
Stephanie Gracias: In order for us to put everything together and make everything work efficiently. Sellercloud helps us every step of the way, from when the orders come in, to processing the orders and orders, going to the warehouse to pick and ship.
David Vu: All of our departments customer service, warehouse, inventory, order processing, invoicing, sales, reports, all that, you know, it’s centralized through Sellercloud.
Stephanie Gracias: We have hundreds of thousands of products being sold by over a dozen retailers. All these products are being housed in multiple warehouses. Our warehouse in Los Angeles, has 250,000ft², and another warehouse we have in Mexico is over 70,000ft².
Erika Chang: We’re able to download the orders, and create a picklist for the warehouse, start working on pulling everything, and we print the labels from Shipbridge.
David Vu: Because we have different prices for different shipping methods, and so through Sellercloud, it helps automate that whole process. A package comes in, it looks at the weight, the size, the dimension and then it will just pick the best shipping method, based on the rules that we set. It’s reduced our shipping cost. This was a customization that Sellercloud built for us.
Stephanie Gracias: Sellercloud is such an easy interface to work with.
Erika Chang: They help me set up an order rule engine. Now, I don’t have to change anything manually, and everything comes in automatically. So everything has gotten a lot faster and it’s not done manually now.
Stephanie Gracias: Whenever I had an issue, I could just go to their help section and just figure things out through there.
Erika Chang: The support I received from Sellercloud is, they’re very responsive. Everything is done in a timely manner, and I feel like all of my questions are always answered.
Stephanie Gracias: We wouldn’t be able to work as efficiently without Sellercloud.
Erika Chang: In order to survive in the e-commerce world, you need a platform like Sellercloud. Sellercloud is constantly coming up with new updates to help each e-commerce company grow, and I’m confident that as Sellercloud comes out with these updates. It’ll help our business flourish.
