Zev Levine: My name is Zev Levine. I’m inventory manager here at Schwarzman Export Import.

Zev Levine: We sell a lot of military surplus items. We do a lot of apparel, both military and military style and our own production. We sell on our own website, both wholesale and retail. We sell Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Walmart. We do a lot from our own websites. When I started here, we were very much so pen and paper, entering everything manually.

Zev Levine: Now we are scanning things and there is not a lot of manual typing that we have to do for thousands of SKUs that we have over multiple companies.

Bradley Pietz: My name is Bradley Pietz and I handle operations and logistics here. I go to Sellercloud and they provide me with the information whether they were picked, shipped. If they weren’t shipped out, I could figure out why they weren’t shipped out through Sellercloud. I also create new customers or vendors for our system, POs and orders that need to be made, which is fairly easy on Sellercloud, as well.

Bradley Pietz: Sellercloud saves everything, which is also nice because let’s say someone created an order, and they didn’t receive something on that order. Sellercloud also provides us with all the information on that order, along with the packing list.

Zev Levine: Getting everything scanned in and inventory correctly – that’s where Skustack comes into play. Skustack together with Sellercloud helps us keep everything in check. Everything gets moved over where it should and moved out the appropriate way. I do see things growing. We’re able to get things a lot more automated, a lot faster to get them shipped out, especially with upgrades that Skustack has done for us.

Zev Levine: We can do our cycle counts on our inventories a lot faster than we did in the past.

Bradley Pietz: Without Sellercloud, the daily operations would not be good here at all. They wouldn’t be flowing properly.

Zev Levine: I’m very excited about all the changes that Sellercloud is making with Skustack. And with everything else, it’s going to make my job a hundred times easier.
