Vimal Prajapati: P3 Global is a Chicago based company where we design, develop and distribute new and exciting consumer products that go into retail as well as online distribution. In the past few years, we’ve been working a lot on mobile accessories or kind of consumer electronic type items.but going forward, we’re working in a lot of different categories, such as home storage, toys, consumer household items, those sorts of things. Early on, when we were working into developing our company and our different product mix, we started to realize that a lot of the partners that we were working with, we had too many. And so we were looking at a shipping provider, we were looking at a listing software to get us online. But as our wholesale and distribution business started to really pick up, it became challenging managing all the inventory, the financials, and also keeping track of all the sales in one system.
Dhruv Patel: We originally started in a dorm room and then eventually moved into a basement, another basement, then into our first warehouse. But we weren’t able to do all that until Sellercloud came into the picture and was able to automate our processes and enable us to grow.
Hemal Prajapati: Using Sellercloud has streamlined our process and made things a lot more efficient. Having a process in place, such as Receivebridge, you know, we were able to follow certain protocols and receive goods. Using image birch, we’re able to upload hundreds of pictures quickly versus doing things manually.
Vimal Prajapati: One of the big parts of our business is actually kitting. So to give you a quick example, if you look at one of our kits, we have a cell phone cable, a wall adapter, and let’s say a case. If you’ve got those three items there, you can sell each of them individually, you can sell it as a wall adapter and a charger, you can sell it as a wall adapter and a case or different combinations thereof. And so kitting is important to us, because you can take those three root items, and then create a lot of different SKUs that you have more potential for creating value for customers as you sell that.
Hemal Prajapati: Having the system in place allows us to quickly take care of the customer so that we can focus on the business and move forward.
Dhruv Patel: Sellercloud is just an awesome service provider for any business that wants to grow and expand and get into multiple marketplaces. We tried many different providers in the past and none were even close to what Sellercloud provides at a customer service standpoint, customization standpoint.
