Josh Weiss: Everything was manual before coming into Sellercloud. I can’t imagine our business would have survived without automation, without a tech stack that you can grow with being in such a fast-paced retail ecommerce environment. You need a solution like Sellercloud.   

Josh Weiss: We started with Sellercloud 12, 13 years ago and had one brick-and-mortar store, maybe two. We just opened our fifth in Miami. So, our business has experienced tremendous growth since we have been working with Sellercloud.

Josh Weiss: I definitely leverage Sellercloud every day to help us make business decisions. Be it shipping, be it ordering, or reporting, Sellercloud’s robust reporting feature has helped us order more efficiently and lets us know when products are selling out.  

Josh Weiss: We used a different ERP software to help us manage our inventory and orders. But we were experiencing a ton of bottlenecks. Shipping was not fluid. Inventory and communicating with the website were always a problem. We started looking for software that would help us manage orders, purchasing, and inventory.   

Josh Weiss: As the business has grown, having integrated shipping software within an ERP system, we’ve been able to increase how we’re doing our orders. We have a workflow set up. So, an order comes in and gets populated into our shipping station. So, you no longer have to have hands on every order.  

Josh Weiss: We use saved searches every single day in Sellercloud to pull up orders that might be problem orders, be it if they’re flagged as fraudulent, or are orders where we know that the products are discontinued, that an order snuck through, or which ones I don’t need to worry about getting out the door necessarily.  

Josh Weiss: Again, similar with saved searches ordering. I have saved searches to help me figure out what products I need to order. 100% saved searches help us save time. My warehouse workers come in in the morning and have a list of orders they need to pick, pack, and ship. It’s saved office hours. Without saved searches, I would have to go in and manually set the criteria.  

 Josh Weiss: Purchasing within Sellercloud has definitely improved the process in our organization, our buyer utilizes the purchasing to be able to go via saved searches, find the product she needs to order, add them to a purchase order, submit it, and send the email directly to the vendor right from Sellercloud.  

  Josh Weiss: Being at a pivotal point in your company where you need to expand into a different ERP system or expand into something to help you manage your orders, inventory, purchasing, or whatever it is. I think it’s important that you define your goals and go to Sellercloud with those goals because they helped us cater our solution around our problems and what we were looking to solve. And we’ve been with them for over 12 years because of all of that.  

 Josh Weiss: Retail has always been an important part of this industry, and retail expansion. Sellercloud makes that possible by communicating the inventory I have in the different store locations and making sure that the order comes in and tracks inventory properly. So, Sellercloud is definitely going to be helping us grow our footprint in our brick-and-mortar.  

 Josh Weiss: Our vision for our company is continued growth, and with Sellercloud working in the background, they’re really helping us achieve this. Now that Sellercloud is part of the Descartes family. We’re really looking forward to seeing where the next level is.
