Marc Furmanski: If you are currently in the e-commerce space, whether you’re fulfilling out of your warehouse, whether you’re fulfilling out of your garage, and you’re finding yourself with inventory issues, with shipping issues, with overselling issues, whatever you may be dealing with, Sellercloud has a solution for you.
Marc Furmanski: My name is Marc Furmanski. I’m the owner here at Priority Fulfillment. We own and operate this 3PL where we have clients and we are clients. So our brands are clients of the fulfillment center as well. We’re currently across 20 different platforms internationally and domestically; we are on everything from TikTok Shop to Wayfair, to Walmart, eBay, Amazon, multiple Shopify sites, and having it all sync through Sellercloud has made our life a lot easier.
Marc Furmanski: We have always been looking for the best software that would allow us to continue to grow. The software we switched from was very cut and paste. We would send out a support ticket. We would reach out to our account rep and be told: “our system does not allow that, unfortunately.”
Marc Furmanski: Somebody mentioned Sellercloud to us, which has open APIs that allows us to make changes, tweaks. So it’s almost like an out-of-the-box software that you can constantly continue to customize and make improvements to continue growing your business and customizing along the way.
Marc Furmanski: The ability of Sellercloud to improve, adjust, and adapt to my needs is a game changer. We run our entire business through the Sellercloud family. We use Sellercloud for orders to come in. Skustack allows us to really maintain and control our inventory levels. Then, we use Skublox to help with the picking and the packing. Then, we finish and ship everything out to Shipbridge.
Marc Furmanski: We felt at home the second we hit Sellercloud. Sellercloud has only allowed us to continue to grow, continue to improve, become more efficient, and automate as much of the business as possible so that the owners can really focus on the growth of the business rather than the daily tasks.
Marc Furmanski: Sellercloud and the family Skublox, Skustack, and Shipbridge really allow us to automate the business as much as possible. Our goal is for the pickers to think as little as possible, as well as the packers to think a little, as little as possible, and focus on their task.
Marc Furmanski: These systems, hand in hand, make it very efficient for the employees just to focus on what their task at hand is, what their responsibility is and not overthink a pick, not overthink a pack.
Marc Furmanski: Sellerloud is a very practical system. It thinks for you. So the process, the flow is a lot easier, it’s a lot more efficient. The employees are a lot happier. They’re working a lot better. And everybody acknowledges and notices the efficiency improvement.
Marc Furmanski: With Sellercloud, my employees are able to do what they’re good at doing – picking, packing, shipping. While it allows us to be outside of the business focusing on the growth. Without Sellercloud, we would be focusing a lot more on the business.
Marc Furmanski: Our company’s biggest strength is our flexibility. And with Sellercloud, we’re able to have that flexibility. We’re able to constantly customize software and customize APIs. So, it really does feel like it is your software that you’re constantly making improvements to.
Marc Furmanski: Sellercloud is open-minded to hearing and executing an idea, knowing that it’s an improvement made for all of its customers across the board. Working with my account rep and the support team has been phenomenal for me. I once ran into an issue; I called in the support, met with somebody, understood exactly what I was dealing with. Looked into it right away. Put me on hold for two minutes and came back with the solution. Not only did I solve the equation and solve the problem, but I also made a friend out of it.
Marc Furmanski: I think we’re in the future, currently. I think 3PL is only going to continue to grow. And yeah, businesses are seeing the importance of being on as many platforms and being as much in the public eye as possible. This is today’s marketing. Moving forward in this space without a system like Sellercloud will only get you so far. You’re going to hit the roof.
Marc Furmanski: While it is an additional expense to invest into software, ensuring that you invest in the proper software is where you want to do your homework. And I’m sure you’ll find that whether it’s inventory, whether it’s shipping, whether it’s efficiency, you’re going to find all the answers in Sellercloud.
