Caleb Lee: We used to use Sellercloud as an e-commerce, and we loved it from day one. It helped us with every aspect of the business, from managing inventory to listing on different platforms. And we knew that there are a lot of different types of merchants that didn’t have that capability. And being able to work with them and use Sellercloud at the same time gave us the advantage of finding solutions that worked for them and helped them grow.

Caleb Lee: Sellercloud has helped us in growth in terms of being able to bring in new merchants, who require not only an enormous amount of customization but also, different types of features that they just usually wouldn’t get with other types of software. They can find everything in one place. And for our growth in specific, it really has to do with finding those specific customizations for every merchant.
Caleb Lee: Some of the automation that we’ve implemented for Sellercloud, from scheduled tasks to auto processing to applying specific weights, are using the Rule engines in order to split certain orders, dictate the different types of product statuses, and things like that.
Caleb Lee: When it comes to the Order rule engine, something that it definitely helps with is that whenever we have a merchant that has SIOC compliance, which is a ship in original containers, it’s when the order has multiple quantities inside of it, it needs to be able to auto split those into their orders, and not have that be a manual process.
Caleb Lee: With the Order rule engine we can set up automation where it’ll actually split every single quantity of every SIOC-compliant product into its own order. That way, when we process our bulk pick lists, we’ll pick everything and we’ll ship everything out, one to one.
Caleb Lee: When it comes to the customizations of, not only just like the picking aspects, but I would say for like FBA flows, WFS marketplaces for us, it really just came down to being able to skip certain processes inside the software, to allow us just to process the orders, I would say five times faster than most others.
Caleb Lee: What’s helped is Skublox; it’s wonderful. It’s one of those software and hardware aspects where you can have anyone come in and immediately start using it. It really doesn’t take that much of a training aspect to it. It’s really just scan, scan, scan, and it leverages the software to help you save time. Especially in high-wage states where labor is very expensive, you need to be able to find a solution that minimizes the training aspect.
Caleb Lee: The support for Sellercloud is amazing. Every time I do reach out, it’s met with warmth and a solution. They really listen to and read the emails very thoroughly to make sure that they’re giving you the precise resolution to your problem as quickly as possible. They never say no. And they’re fast-tracking very quickly. They really have everything that you need, especially when it comes to software and hardware. And that’s not something you’re going to find with a lot of software companies.
