Solomon Neuwirth: I’ve been with Sellercloud for about ten years now. We signed up, and we doubled the business the following year. I founded the company Road Entertainment back in 2003. I was thinking about expanding to Amazon, but I needed an inventory program, a listing program, and an accounting program all in one.
Solomon Neuwirth: Currently, we sell on a bunch of marketplaces, primarily Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Sears, Newegg, and our websites. Sellercloud has been a tremendous help in my business. I was able to get here only with Sellercloud and the team behind it.
Mariano Ysani: I do the majority of my content by bulk upload. So with Sellercloud, I pull all of the content it exports into an Excel sheet, and I can edit titles, short descriptions, and long descriptions, as well as pricing if need be, and conditions as well for whatever channel I’m supposed to list on. If we have 100 items and we’re splitting it between four platforms, it’s easily handled without me having to do anything or myself going into any backend and allotting any specific amounts of numbers.
Solomon Neuwirth: I see our business growing, and Sellercloud is adding more features. The custom plugin has helped me tremendously increase the margins. This means that even when I had sales go up, the margin started coming down. So we’re going from a couple million dollars to $9 million. We weren’t prepared for that kind of volume and different SKUs. So, the pricing became a full-time job. And pricing is not static; it keeps on changing. You buy cheap, you buy more. But how do you update the items on the internet?
Mariano Ysani: I come from a background before Sellercloud, so creating kits on any platform was the longest process. With Sellercloud makes it a lot smoother in a sense where everything is clearly labeled and in one place and can be put together. If you’re creating large batches of kits and you’re given a deadline, use Sellercloud because it will minimize that deadline time and allow you time to commit to other functions like predictive purchasing reports.
Mariano Ysani: FBA predictive purchasing report calculates exactly what specific items sold out, when and when it needs to be restocked, the cost of what it needs to be restocked for, and usually when.
Justin Hung: We have so many listings that it would be so hard to go into each e-commerce channel and go through their inventory page. Sellercloud is able to sort of collate all that into one centralized place. Sellercloud allows me to set up content and images once. And then if I want them on multiple e-commerce channels, I’m able to clone them and then just launch, and I don’t have to worry about it.
Justin Hung: I actually can’t even imagine doing it without Sellercloud. The fact that Sellercloud could act as the central brain of all those e-commerce channels is probably the best feature. I see this company growing with Sellercloud simply because it makes everyone’s lives easier. Regardless of how large the company grows, especially in terms of inventory, sales, Sellercloud is always able to scale with the business.
Mariano Ysani: Sellercloud just makes everything that we do that much better, more efficient, faster, smoother.
