Ezra Avidan: I don’t think I would be able to run a 3PL or even run my brand logistically without Sellercloud. And trust me, I shopped around, I looked at a lot of other softwares. I looked at softwares that other 3PLs use, for our Shipflow company. There is no software out there. Nothing. Our software is top notch.
Ezra Avidan: Brands come in. They upload their products. They could even post products to Shopify. They can post products to Amazon, to Walmart. They can control pricing. If they decide to put an item on sale across all their platforms or most platforms, they can put it on a discount with one click. That’s a big reason why brands are very happy with us.
Ezra Avidan: Just all the moves that we can make with their product, like when integrating with all their channels. We can push inventory to every single channel. If something sells on one channel, all the inventory is updated on other channels.
Ezra Avidan: Hi, I’m Ezra Avidan, co-founder and CEO of Shipflow. About 12 years ago, we started a footwear company – men’s, women’s and kids’ shoes to major retailers. It was down in Brooklyn, New York. We just kept getting bigger and bigger with the e-comm part of our business. We moved to a 50,000 square foot facility in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
David Avidan: I’m David Avidan. I’m the head of operations for Shipflow. Before we even opened our 3PL, when we first started our warehousing logistics game, we were using an old dinosaur system that was just pure garbage, and was not efficient at all. And then we brought on Sellercloud.
Ezra Avidan: Basically all of our technology in the warehouse is partnered up with Sellercloud. They have been an amazing addition to our team, a lot of customization to our flow, our process. So they have been exponential. And about two years ago, we opened up Shipflow, our multi-channel e-commerce 3PL. We created our process to be so easy, and once it’s done, it’s somewhat automated already.
Ezra Avidan: We have a thing called Order rule engine, which is a spider web of different types of features, different types of rules that we can add. So it’s really endless. For example, we had a brand come to us and tell us, hey, any order that’s over $500, please switch the carrier to UPS ground and add a signature.
Ezra Avidan: They told us that, within five minutes that was added and that’s it. It was set and go. So any order that came in, automatically it would be set to a certain carrier, and add a signature. And it’s really amazing. It’s super important not to be restricted in doing things. All brands are different. We’re not controlling their business. We can’t change their business. We have to change for them.
David Avidan: Sellercloud has been really helpful with their customer service. We call them whenever we have an issue. If anything appears, they’re always there.
Ezra Avidan: Whenever our backs are against the wall and we have a big issue in the warehouse, we need to get it fixed no matter what. And that’s when we go to our partners like Sellercloud and fix it. They go above and beyond. We know some of the people working there already, like we’re friends with them. That’s how close we are with the team.
Ezra Avidan: The reason why brands are so happy with us, and why they stick around with us and confide and trust us, is just all the technology we’re offering them. Our whole entire system, our portal for our brands is one of the top softwares out there.
Ezra Avidan: I’ve seen a lot of different softwares out there, a lot of different technology. There’s no one that has the same thing. I don’t think I would be able to run a 3PL or even run my own brand without Sellercloud.
