Reebelo API Account Integration

Overview

Reebelo is a leading online retailer of new and refurbished phones, tablets, and other electronics. You can integrate your Reebelo account with Sellercloud via API. The connection allows regular Inventory and price updates, posting new products, order import, and tracking export.

We currently support two separate types of Reebelo Integrations: the one outlined in this article and our Legacy Integration. The two cannot work simultaneously in one Sellercloud Account, as this may lead to duplicate orders and errors.

Prerequisites

Before you can set up the integration, you must ensure the following prerequisites are met:

  1. Contact Sellercloud Support to install the latest version of the Reebelo Website Cart Plugin onto your server.
  2. Create the Reebelo_MIN Custom Product Column, with Data Type: Decimal.
  3. Email Reebelo Support to request your x_api_token.

Integrate Reebelo

Before you can start listing products and shipping your orders through Sellercloud, you must set up the integration. If your company already has an integrated Website or another plugin integration, you must create a new Company.

  1. Log in to Sellercloud and navigate to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies.
  2. Then, open your Reebelo Company > Toolbox > Website General Settings.
  3. For Store Type, select Custom, then from the Store Plugin dropdown, choose the Reebelo Website Cart Plugin.
  4. In the Options panel, check:
    1. Allow Inventory Upload
    2. Allow Price Upload
    3. Allow New Product Upload
    4. Allow Order Download
    5. Allow Download Shipped Orders
    6. Allow Tracking Upload
    7. Allow Active Listings Download
  5. Click Save.
  6. Then, open the Toolbox again and go to Website > Cart General.
  7. Click Edit in the top right corner.
  8. For Select Plugin click on the Reebelo Website Cart Plugin from the dropdown.
  9. Configure the Options panel:
    1. Website URL: https://a.reebelo.com
    2. X-Api-Key: fill in the key provided by Reebelo via email
    3. Write To Log In Detail
    4. Enable Query Order Status Change
    5. Enable Query Shipping Change
    6. Enable Order Import: Apply Tax if you would like Order Tax to be applied to the Order Profit and Loss.
    7. Order Import: Commision (%): fill in if applicable. This percentage will be automatically applied to the P&L of all Reebelo orders imported for this company.
  10. Click Save.

Reebelo Orders

With the integration established, you may need to do a manual one-time order download for your existing Reebelo Orders. To do this, go to the Company’s Website General Settings > Actions > Import Orders. This will create a Queued Job, and your recent orders will be created in Sellercloud, while all subsequent orders will be downloaded automatically.

Reebelo Orders will be created with Order Source: Website. You can Search for them on the Manage Orders page with filters for Company and Channel.

Tracking Export

If you use Shipbridge or any other third-party shipping software integrated with Sellercloud to fulfill your Reebelo Orders, we will send the tracking information back to Reebelo. The Shipping Notice updates will also include Serial Numbers.


Reebelo Listings Management

Reebelo is categorized as a Website Integration within Sellercloud. This means that if your Default Company already has an Integrated Website or a Plugin Integration, you will need to set it up under a New Company that has no SKUs in it. In such cases, we advise creating Shaow Products linked to the SKUs in your default company to ensure proper inventory management.

Our Reebelo Integration supports posting products and automatically updating inventory and price.

The Reebelo Integration does not currently support posting or updating Kit Products and Variations.

Prepare a Product

In order to post a new product on Reebelo, it must first be Ready for Website. The required fields are:

  1. SKU – we first check for Merchant SKU on the Website Properties page. If the field is empty, we send the Sellercloud Product ID.
  2. Name – Sellercloud Product Name.
  3. Inventory – current available inventory for Website. Ths value can be affected by Safety Quantity, Inventory Max quantity, and Custom Inventory Calculations.
  4. Price – we send the Website Price field from the Website Product Properties page. This corresponds with the Your Target price on Reebelo.
  5. Minimum Price – we send the value from the Reebelo_MIN Custom Column. Make sure it is enabled in Settings > Products > Custom Columns.
  6. Enabled for Website – this checkbox on the Website Properties page of your products ensures that Sellercloud will send automatic updates for that SKU.

You can configure these values per product:

  1. Go to Manage Catalog > Open a Product > Toolbox.
  2. Website Properties > Edit.

Or, you can prepare multiple SKUs in bulk via a File Import:

  1. Go to Catalog > Tools > Import Product Info > Bulk Product Update.
  2. Click Generate Template and select the following columns:
    1. WebSitePrice – appoint Price for your listing. This column will correspond to the Your Target price on Reebelo.
      1. WebSitePriceUseDefault – when enabled, the Website Price will automatically assume the value of the Site Price from the Product Properties page. If you wish to have a different price for your website, set this to FALSE in your template.
    2. REEBELO_MIN – appoint a Minimum Price for Reebelo. Sellercloud will include this information with each update sent to the Website.
    3. WebsiteEnabled – set to TRUE.
  3. Fill in your template and import it into Selelrcloud.
The required fields for automatic updates are the same as the ones necessary to post a new product.

Post and Update Listings

To post a new product on Reebelo:

  1. Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog > Search.
  2. Open a product that is Ready for Website > Toolbox > Website Properties.
  3. From the Actions menu, click Post to Website.

The automatic product updates are controlled by the Allow Inventory Upload and Allow Price Upload company Website General Settings outlined in the sections above.

To manually update Inventory and Price for a single product:

  1. Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog > Search.
  2. Open a product that is Posted on Website > Toolbox > Website Properties.
  3. From the Actions menu, click Update Inventory to Website or Update Price to Website.
You can also use the Update Inventory on Channel, Update Price on Channel, and Launch on Channel actions on the Manage Catalog page to manually push product information to the Website for multiple SKUs at once.
