Lightspeed Listings Management

Overview

In this article, you learn how to manage listings for your Lightspeed account from within Sellercloud. In order to list a product on your chosen retail channel, it must be enabled on that channel.


Post Listings on Lightspeed

When posting listings on Lightspeed, you can list products individually or in bulk.

Individually:

  1. Access Catalog Manage Catalog > Select your product.
  2. Click Toolbox > Select Lightspeed POS.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. In the General panel, check the Enabled box.
  5. Click Save.Post Product
  6. Go to ActionsPost Product to Lightspeed POS.

In Bulk

To select multiple products to launch on your chosen retail channel:

  1. Access Catalog Manage Catalog > Select your products.
  2. Click action menu > Launch on Channel.
  3. Select your channel > Launch.Launch on Channel

Manually Update Lightspeed Listings

You can do a manual update of your Lightspeed inventory individually or in bulk. When updating listings, they are matched by Lightspeed Item ID. If The Sellercloud SKU and the Merchant SKU in Lightspeed match for a product, you can perform the action Get ItemID from Lightspeed, and the field will auto-populate in Sellercloud.

Individually

  1. Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog > Select a product.
  2. In Toolbox, select Lightspeed POS.
  3. On the Tanga page, click Actions > Update Inventory on Lightspeed POS.Update Inventory on Lightspeed

 

In Bulk

  1. Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog > Select products.
  2. Click the action menu > Update Inventory on Channel.
  3. From the Channel dropdown list, select Lightspeed > Select products > Update.Bulk Update Inventory
