Overview
In this article, you will learn how to import products listed on Amazon in Sellercloud.
Initial Import of Amazon Listings
- Go to Settings > Companies > Manage Companies > Open a company.
- From the Toolbox, go to Channels > Amazon Settings > Reports.
- Click Request New Report to generate the most current Active Listings report.
- From the Report Type field, select Merchant Listing Reports.
- Select the start and end date of the report and press Request Report.
- Upon generation, click Details (in the lower right corner of the job box) to open the report.
- Click Schedule auto create products to add the job to the queue. This will also import the SKU, ASIN, product name, price, condition, product description, and other relevant bullet points. If configured correctly, you can use the Get Info from Amazon action to retrieve shipping weights. Read more here.
- Inventory can be pulled from Amazon when the Client Setting Set Inventory When Creating Local Listing From Amazon Active Listing is enabled and Import Warehouse is set. Otherwise, set inventory using the Physical Inventory Import. You can find more information about it here.

Initial Import of Amazon Listings
This procedure explains how to import products that are already listed on Amazon. This is particularly important during the initial setup.
- Click Settings > Company Settings > Toolbox > Amazon Settings > Reports.
- Select Merchant Listing Reports from the drop-down menu.
- Click Request Report to generate the most current Active Listings report. When the Enable Amazon checkbox is enabled, Merchant Listing Reports are downloaded about every 4 hours.
- Click Details at the far right of the job.
- Click Schedule auto create products and that job will be entered into the queue. This will bring in the SKU, ASIN, product name, price, condition, product description, and bullet points. If configured correctly, you can use the Get Info from Amazon action to retrieve shipping weights. Read more here.
- Variation relationships will not be created from the active listing report. They can be imported separately from Amazon.
- Inventory can be pulled from Amazon when the client setting Set Inventory when creating local listing from Amazon Active Listing Inventory is enabled and Import Warehouse is set. Otherwise, set inventory using the Physical Inventory Import. You can find more information about it here.
- Active Listings Reports can also be Reviewed and Scheduled by going to Company Settings> Toolbox> Amazon Settings> Active Listing Reports.
