Flashpricer Account Integration

Overview

Flashpricer is the fastest multichannel repricer for eCommerce sellers. The platform offers price changes and repricing strategies powered by the most accurate data.

Flashpricer allows you to set prices based on data-driven insights and offers analytics tools to help you track and analyze the performance of your pricing strategies.

Prerequisites

You need to have an account with Flashpricer and open a ticket to Sellercloud Support to request FTP. FTP requests to Sellercloud are billable.

Next, you will have to create a Product Export Mapping Profile and a Saved View, that will be set on a Scheduled Task.

Create Mapping Profiles

Create a profile using the Export Mapping Tool. Contact Flashpricer to obtain the template for the export.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Mapping Tools > Manage Export Mapping Profiles.
  2. Click the blue Actions icon in the bottom right corner > Create.
  3. On the creation wizard pop-up, fill in the required fields:
    1. Profile Name – for example, Flashpricer Product Export.
    2. Profile type – set it to Product
    3. Export File Type – set to Excel.
  4. Click Template File. Find and select the downloaded template from your device.
  5. Click Add.

Sellecloud will automatically send regular product and cost feeds to Flashpricers through this profile.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Mapping Tools > Manage Export Mapping Profiles.
  2. Open the Flashpricer Product Export Profile.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Map the following fields:
    1. SKU – map it to bvc_Product.ID.
    2. Cost – map it to bvc_Product.AverageCost.

Product Cost Export

To ensure seamless integration, you must automate the data transfer by creating a Scheduled Task.

This task type requires a Saved View with the following custom filters: Walmart Marketplace Statuses and/or Amazon Statuses, depending on which channels you are listing your products.

Automate Product Export

To create the scheduled task:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Scheduled Tasks > Manage Scheduled Tasks.
  2. Click on the green + icon to create a new Scheduled Task.
  3. In the creation wizard pop-up, fill in:
    1. Company
    2. Task Type – set to Export Products.
    3. Task Name – for example, Flashpricer Product Export.
    4. Start Date – this is the date when the task will run automatically for the first time. However, If you enable the task at a later day, this date will be ignored.
  4. Click Create.
The company you select to host the Scheduled Task will not affect which products get exported. The SKU list is compiled by the Saved Search associated with the task and can include any combination of companies.

Next, go to the Scheduled Task to finish the configuration, and click Edit.

  1. In the Frequency Panel, you can set the task start time and recurrence.
  2. In the Details Panel:
    1. User ID – Select your username.
    2. Saved Search – Select the Product Saved View you created.
    3. Export Via – select Export Mapping Profile: Flashpricer Product Export
    4. File Name make sure the name you fill in ends with .csv
  3. In the Export Options Panel:
    1. Export to: Select FTP.
    2. Fill in the FTP credentials.
