Overview
Some orders are firm sales and do not allow returns (if merchants do special promotions, for example). In this case, you can restrict refunds and RMAs creation in Sellercloud.
Restrict Order Refunds and RMAs
To restrict refunds and RMA generation for a specific order:
- Go to Orders > Manage Orders > open an order.
- In the Actions menu select Set Final Sale.
- Or, apply the action Set Non-Final Sale.

Restrict Order Refunds and RMAs
- Go to Orders > Manage Orders > open an order.
- Click Action Menu > Set Final Sale > Go to mark the order as a final sale. This removes the actions to create an RMA or issue a refund.
- Conversely, apply the action Set Non-Final Sale > Go.
