Digital Items

Overview

In Sellercloud, you can easily list your Digital Items, which don’t require physical storage or shipping. This makes them a cost-effective option for your business.

Digital Products can be eBooks and digital publications, music and audio files, software and digital games, online courses and webinars, stock photos, e-tickets and event passes, insurance files, and more.

App Setting EnableDigitalProductsWorkFlow must be enabled for this workflow. Contact Sellercloud Support to ensure that this setting is enabled for your account.
Digital products do not have physical inventory and do not require picking. Therefore, they will not be visible in Skustack.

In Shipbridge, digital items will appear grayed out in the Scan and Ship panel, as they can’t be scanned or shipped.
