Overview
With Sellercloud, you can configure custom shipping rules for orders from your customers on the company level. This means that you can configure them differently for each one of your Companies, and they will only apply to the company where you set them up.
To access and update your Company Shipping Preferences:
- Go to the Company Settings.
- Click Toolbox and select Shipping > Shipping Preferences.
Options
Refer to the table below for a list of all options on the page and their descriptions.
| Option | Description |
| Splits all newly created multi-item orders except website orders. For more information, refer to the Splitting an Order article. | |
| Order Handling Fee | Sets the handling fee amount. |
| Enable Order Handling Fee | Automatically adds a custom handling fee to all orders. |
| Enable Combine Shipping Rules | Allows combining several shipping rules for orders. Used with eBay. |
| Calculate Order Weight | Automatically calculates and sets the weight of an order. |
| Invoiced Only | Allows orders to go into Shipbridge only if they are marked as Invoiced. |
| Confirmed Only | Allows orders to go into Shipbridge only if they are marked as Confirmed. |
| OK to Ship |
Allows orders to go into Shipbridge only if they are set to OK to Ship. Learn more here. |
| Drop Ship = None |
Only orders with a DropShip None status will be exported to Shipbridge. This prevents DropShip Pending from going to Shipbridge. |
| DropShip < Requested |
Only orders with a status less than Dropship Requested (i.e. Pending or None) will be exported to Shipbridge.
If both options are enabled, it prevents all dropshipped orders from being processed through Shipbridge.

| Allow shipping regardless of payment status for selected customers | If this setting is enabled, certain orders can be shipped through Shipbridge without payment. Learn more here. |
| Security Pin | Allows you to enter a security PIN before initiating selected actions. The code must be 4-8 numeric characters. Please note that if no value is entered, a pin will not be required for any actions in Shipbridge. |
| Lock Options tab | When enabled, you have to enter your Security Pin to modify any setting in the options menus in Shipbridge. |
| Lock Unshipped action | When enabled, you have to enter your Security Pin in Shipbrdige to unship any orders that have been shipped from the Shipbridge grid and menus. |
| Lock Fully Shipped tab | When enabled, you have to enter your Security Pin to access the Fully Shipped tab in Shipbridge. |
| Lock Address | When enabled, you have to enter your Security Pin to change addresses in Shipbridge. |
| Lock Address Validation | When enabled, you have to enter your Security Pin in Shipbridge to validate addresses. |
| Lock Shipping Method | When enabled, you have to enter your Security Pin in Shipbridge to change the shipping method. |
| Lock Package Manager | When enabled, you have to enter your Security Pin in Shipbridge to open the Package Manager. To access the Package Manager, right-click on an order and select Edit Packages. |
| Lock Edit Order | When enabled, you have to enter your Security Pin in Shipbridge to edit an order. To edit an order, right-click on an order and select Edit Order. |
| Lock Rate Calculator | When enabled, you have to enter your Security Pin in Shipbridge to open the Rate Calculator.
