Best Buy Listings Management


Best Buy is an American multinational consumer electronics retailer headquartered in Richfield, Minnesota. After you Integrate Best Buy Into Sellercloud, you can start preparing your products and update your existing Best Buy listings. 

Prepare a Product for Best Buy

To prepare a product for posting, you must enable it for Best Buy.

  1. Go to a Product Details Page.
  2. Click Toolbox and select Best Buy.
  3. Click Edit
  4. In the General panel, check the Enabled box.
  5. Optionally, configure the other fields on this page.
    1. Update the Merchant SKU field with the product’s SKU on Best Buy.
    2. To set the Best Buy Price to the Site Price, check the Default box.
    3. Set the cost of Standard Shipping, Expedited Shipping, and Express Shipping.
    4. To make the product Replenishable, check the Replenishable box.
  6. Click Save.

Following the steps to Bulk Update Products also allows you to bulk-update the following options by adding these columns to your template:

  • BestBuyEnabled – Enter TRUE to enable a product for Best Buy.
  • BestBuySKU – Update the Best Buy Merchant SKU field with the product’s SKU on Best Buy.
  • BestBuyPrice – Enter the product price specifically for Best Buy, in US dollars, without a $ sign, commas, text, or quotation marks. The same rule applies to the following price columns.
  • BestBuyPriceUseDefault – Enter TRUE to default the Best Buy price to the Site Price.
  • BestBuyShippingStandard – Enter the cost for standard shipping.
  • BestBuyShippingExpeditedEnabled – Enable the option to request expedited shipping.
  • BestBuyShippingExpedited – Enter the cost for expedited shipping.
  • BestBuyShippingExpressEnabled – Enable the option to request express shipping.
  • BestBuyShippingExpress – Enter the cost for express shipping.
  • BestBuy_AllowBackOrder – Enter TRUE to allow Backorders for a product or FALSE to disable them.
  • ProductChannelRestriced_BestBuy – Enter TRUE to set the product as Restricted or FALSE to remove the restriction.
  • DisconnectFromInventoryBestBuy – Enter TRUE to disconnect the product’s Available Quantity from being sent to Best Buy.

Manage Best Buy Listings

You can update your Best Buy listings’ available inventory and prices automatically or manually. However, note that you can’t post product listings from Sellercloud.


To post listings and update product information automatically:

  1. Go to Company Settings.
  2. Click Toolbox and select Best Buy > General Settings.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. In the Controls panel, check:
    1. Enable Inventory Upload (846) to update available inventory.
    2. Enable Prices Upload to update prices.
  5. Click Save.


You can update your listings individually or in bulk.


  1. Go to a Product Details Page.
  2. Click Toolbox and select Best Buy.
  3. Click Actions and select:
    1. Update Inventory on BestBuy to update the available quantity.
    2. Update Price on BestBuy to update the product’s price.
    3. Connect/Disconnect to Inventory to connect/disconnect the product’s Available Quantity to Best Buy.
    4. Restrict/Unrestrict For Channel to restrict or unrestricted the product for Best Buy. For more information, see Channel Product Restrictions.

In Bulk

To update inventory:

  1. Go to Catalog > Manage Catalog.
  2. Find and select products.
  3. Click the Actions icon on the bottom right.
  4. Select Update Inventory on Channel to post products or update the available quantity.
  5. From the Channel dropdown list, select Best Buy and click Update.
