Overview
The tax settings are configured in the Amazon account settings. If your products are displaying the wrong tax code in Seller Central, update the field in SellerCloud and relaunch the product.
You can update the tax code on the product in Sellercloud one of three ways:
- You can set up the default tax code for all new items on a company level by going to Settings>Company>Toolbox>Amazon>Product Defaults. This will only affect items created after the setting is set and will not update existing items.
- You can update products in bulk in SellerCloud, using the column header AmazonTaxCode. The expected values are the stated codes below.
- You can update products manually on the Amazon Properties page.
General Tax Codes
Amazon items that do not fit any of the below listed types are marked with one of two general tax codes:
